Depending on your role and seniority level, we have defined salary bands based on compensation practices at leading AI, SaaS, and Tech companies of a similar size (benchmark: Ravio).
The salary offered depends on your seniority level, skills, and experience, which are assessed throughout the recruitment process. This allows us to ensure fair and consistent compensation for people at the same level within a team.
We have chosen to be fully transparent about compensation at Tomorro by sharing all of our salary bands.

Our work model is hybrid, built around an office-first culture: we prioritize in-person collaboration to work effectively together, with the flexibility to work remotely 1 to 2 days per week depending on the role.
